How do you attach it? PVC is more flexible when it's warm, so if your Scootaheadz feel a bit stiff, you can put them on a radiator for 15 minutes. Then, first place the head on the crossbar of the handlebars and then push it forward so it also clicks into the vertical tube. There's no need to remove the grips; they can stay in place.
