More information about your right of withdrawal

1. If you, as a consumer, purchase goods or services from In den Olifant, you have the right to decide not to keep the goods or services for 60 days. This 60-day period starts from the date of delivery (for the purchase of goods), or from the conclusion of the agreement (for the purchase of services). You can then return your order without paying any compensation and without having to give a reason (you pay the shipping costs yourself).

2. After you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You can return the goods by post or a courier of your choice or visit our store, Lombardenstraat 12, 2000 Antwerp.

3. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days after we have received your order back or after you have indicated that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, whichever comes first. The refund includes the delivery costs, unless you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us when placing your order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. During the first 60 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging carefully. If you still want to return the goods, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them (as you would in a store). For example, returned goods may be tried on but not used. If you return the goods, this must be done with all delivered accessories, in their original condition, if possible together with the original packaging, and in accordance with our instructions.

If you go beyond what was necessary to assess the characteristics of the goods and the goods have consequently decreased in value, we may apply a proportional depreciation to the refund.
