How can I return an item?
Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return your item(s) to our store in Antwerp within 60 calendar days or send them back by mail or courier . In either case, you don't need to register your return in advance.
Returns by post/courier service:
STEP 1 : Pack everything neatly and securely , preferably in the original box. Include all packaging materials, parts, and accessories.
STEP 2 : Complete the returns form on the back of the delivery note and include it with your return.
STEP 3 : Take your package to a shipping point of your choice to ship your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

STEP 4 : After we receive and process your return , you'll receive an automatic email from us, and your purchase price will be refunded within 14 days . You can also choose to convert the purchase price into a store credit to use on your next purchase.
Returns in our store:
You can return your online order or in-store purchase free of charge at our store in Antwerp, Lombardenstraat 12. We'll refund you for the returned items using the same payment method you used. Or you can opt for a store credit voucher.
For quick processing , we ask you to bring the digital order confirmation or physical delivery note/receipt .
Returns Policy : If you want to return the goods, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them (as you would do in a shop).
Returned goods may be tried on but unused . If you return the goods, they must be returned with all accessories supplied, in their original condition , and, if possible, in the original packaging .
If you go beyond what is necessary to assess the properties of the goods and the value of the goods diminishes as a result, we may apply a proportionate reduction in value when making your refund.

You have 60 days after receiving your order to notify us and return the product.

We will send an automatic confirmation email as soon as we have received and processed your return package.
What is the refund period?
Once we've received and processed your return, you'll receive an automatic email from us, and the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used. If you choose to convert the purchase price into a store credit, it will be available to you immediately.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
You received the wrong or damaged product. How frustrating! We're working on a solution. Call us at +32 3 231 61 14 or email us at info@indenolifant.be as soon as possible (within 3 calendar days of receipt) with your name, order number, and the item with the fault, along with a photo.
We'll discuss together whether a return is necessary and how we can handle it correctly. If the problem arose with us or with the delivery, we will, of course, cover the return costs and ship you a new product.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, exchanging is not possible. Please return the product you don't want and place a new order for the correct item online. This way, we guarantee fast service and minimize misunderstandings, errors, and stock issues . The first purchase will be refunded, while the second purchase will still need to be paid.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
Outbound shipping costs will be refunded if you return your entire order and exercise your right of withdrawal . In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility , and you are always responsible for the costs of returning the item.
