PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, the wheels are secured with strong Loctite. We recommend using different Allen wrenches to loosen the bolts of the scooter. In our opinion, the included Allen wrenches are not strong enough to loosen the Loctite from the bolts. It is also important to check if you have a left-hand threaded bolt on the left side (driver's perspective). You can recognize this by a kind of minus sign in the screw hole. You loosen this bolt clockwise.
