Why do we like this?
At Animal Bakery, every figurine is a freshly baked bun that, upon closer inspection, turns out to be an animal. Golden brown, airy, and with a little face: an elephant, a panda, a sheep, a rabbit, a dog, and a cat, all fresh from the oven. They almost look too delicious to just look at.
The series consists of 6 different figurines, plus a rarer secret one that is distributed randomly. So you choose the series, but not your bun. You only know which animal you got when the box is open, and that's the most fun moment: seeing who pops out. If you already have it, you immediately have one to trade. If it's new, it joins the rest.
Then it ends up on a bookshelf, on the edge of your desk, or among the pots on the kitchen cabinet. Placed side by side, you quickly get a real display of buns, and that's precisely why it's rarely just one box. Also a nice gift for those just starting to collect, and ordered in a few clicks.
Animal Bakery comes from the same designer as Sonny Angel, but it is its own series with its own figurines. If you collect both, they look great next to each other.
