Grapat's 7 Moons Wooden Weekly Calendar contains 7 Nins acorns in 7 vibrant colors, each associated with the day of the week according to Waldorf education, 7 barrels, and 1 round bowl (18 cm diameter) containing the elements. With this set, children associate each day with its color and thus understand the passage of time.
Many ancient cultures believed that each day of the week had its own planet, color, scent, and grain. These ideas were then applied by Waldorf education:
- Monday: moon, rice, purple or violet, jasmine
- Tuesday: Mars, red, barley, cloves
- Wednesday: Mercury, millet, yellow, copal. Thursday: Jupiter, rye, orange, cedar...
- Friday: Venus, oats, green, rose
- Saturday: Saturn, corn, indigo or blue, myrrh
- Sunday: Sun, Wheat, White, Frankincense
Material: Made of beech and birch wood from sustainably managed forests – dyed with natural, water-based dyes and non-toxic. Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly, just like nature itself.
Dimensions: Each Nin is 6cm high, the diameter of a disc is 4.6cm

Last but not least: the packaging is 100% plastic-free. Each set comes in a beautiful, heavy cardboard box that guarantees its lifespan for approximately 5 years. The boxes are part of the toy.
