Instructions for use:

Remove the heat pad from the shell before heating, never the entire plush toy: open the zipper on the side to do this. Heat the pad for half a minute to one minute in the microwave at a maximum of 600 W, or 3 to 5 minutes in the oven at 75 °C. Never let it get too hot, as the pad may start to burn or cause burns.

Washing instructions:

Always remove the seed bag from the plush toy first. Wash plush toys with a sheep's wool filling by hand only, in lukewarm water with a mild wool detergent: let soak first, then move gently; do not rub, brush, wring, or spin-dry. Plush toys with a cotton filling may also be washed by hand or on a very gentle cycle with mild detergent. Afterward, gently squeeze the water out, let the plush toy dry on an absorbent towel, turn it regularly, and fluff it up in between. Brush off coarse dirt first; remove small stains with a damp cloth and some wool detergent. The wool scent, which is stronger after washing, will disappear once the plush toy is completely dry.
