Anyone who has ever seen a regular piece of wax crayon disappear into a toddler's fist knows how that ends: in two pieces, with colour up to their elbows. With these Tix&Mix wax crayon lipsticks, the crayon is housed in a sturdy holder, just like a lipstick. Give it a turn and the wax crayon slides up, ready to draw, while fingers stay nice and clean.
The set of 6 wax crayons in red, orange, yellow, white, green and blue is made from water-soluble wax with organic pigments. This means these wax crayons draw not only on paper, but also on glass, a whiteboard and especially on the Tix&Mix wall stickers, which they are specially designed for. Artwork finished? Wipe over it with a damp cloth or sponge and the wall is clear again for the next masterpiece.
The turning itself is also a good exercise, by the way: little hands learn to turn, control the amount, and hold firmly, which is great for fine motor skills without them even realising it. The coloured crayons are suitable from 18 months, ideal as first wax crayons and a lovely little gift for any toddler who prefers drawing on the wall to drawing on a piece of paper.
