Colored parrot from Ostheimer is the most colorful bird in your toy collection. This timeless wooden toy is inspired by Waldorf education, which prefers high-quality natural materials and uncluttered toys to unleash creativity and imagination.

Its plumage shines in various colors and it prefers to look at the world from above, on top of a tree or in the mast of a ship. Place it on the wooden bird tree, on top of the dollhouse or on the shoulder of one of the figures: a parrot belongs in a high place. At 9 cm long, it is one of the most striking birds in the series.

Each figure is handmade in Germany, using wood from sustainable domestic forestry. Every wooden animal from the Ostheimer collection is a unique piece, made with a lot of love and care. The water-based colors are slightly transparent to emphasize the wood grain; the play figures are not finished with varnish to keep the beauty of the wood visible. The unpainted figures are oiled with vegetable oil from organic farming.
