It's harder than it sounds, because the seal balances the tray on his nose, causing him to teeter precariously back and forth. Choose an ice cream, place it on the tray, and then move Robbie back and forth. If all the ice creams stay where they are, it's the next player's turn. If any ice creams fall off the tray, you unfortunately have to grab one. The first player to get rid of all their ice creams wins the game.
