Wooden pastries Bakes - set of 12

Twelve wooden pastries, tarts, and cookies, each hand-painted in warm, soft hues. Together, the Bakes from Grapat form a real mini-patisserie that fits on a play table, next to a play kitchen, or in the middle of a role-playing game with the Nins.

These are true loose parts as we love to see them from Grapat: open-ended wooden toys, yet with an already recognizable function. Your child can play with them freely, sort them, incorporate them into a fantasy story, and use them to open a real bakery or organize a party. Free play and role play in one box.

Each pastry is hand-painted in Grapat's family workshop in the Spanish Pyrenees, meaning no two pieces are exactly identical. These small differences make all the difference during play. Your child can create a birthday cake for their stuffed animals, fill a basket full of cookies for grandpa, or open a small patisserie in the living room.

The Bakes are great to combine with the Dishes from the same series, with a wooden play kitchen, or with dolls and stuffed animals you already have at home. This is the kind of toy children always invent something new with, and that lasts for years without ever getting boring.
