This is still a baby giraffe, but its neck is already long enough to reach branches that most other animals cannot. Of the two small Ostheimer giraffes, this one is the most mischievous, although it always stays close to the large giraffes.

Each figure is handcrafted in Germany, using wood from sustainable domestic forestry. Every piece from the Ostheimer collection is unique and made with much love and care. The water-based paints are slightly transparent to emphasize the wood grain; the play figures are not finished with varnish to keep the beauty of the wood visible. The unpainted figures are oiled with vegetable oil from organic farming.
